Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free regardless of order size and without exception, so you don’t need to worry about any surprises at the checkout. If you need your order to arrive sooner, you can upgrade your shipping method at checkout for an additional fee.

How much will the shipping cost be?

Shipping is completely free, regardless of order size and location.

Which delivery methods do you offer?

We only use the best express delivery couriers, including FedEx and DHL, and ensure that all shipments include a tracking code. The delivery method will vary depending on the location, size and sometimes the weight of your order. Standard orders will take 5-8 days to arrive, while many of our framed, stretched and oversized paintings can take 10-15 days to arrive. We endeavor to deliver your order as safely and as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely we do. We dispatch products to almost everywhere in the world. When placing an order, you can select your country if it is included in our list. Please note that if your country is not available, we can’t send products to your location. If you have a friend or family member in another country, you could send it to them and they could forward the shipment to you.

What is the processing time for my order?

Since all of our paintings are hand-painted and custom-made, orders typically take 14 to 21 days. Larger and more complex paintings may take longer. Processing times are always shown on the product description page, during checkout and in the email confirmation we send to you.

When will my order ship?

Because most items are made-to-order, they require a certain amount of processing time. We value your time and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For most items, we calculate expected delivery dates to make you aware of the order delivery in advance. While calculating the expected delivery date, we consider various factors, such as product availability, order processing time, shipping method and country of origin.

We will provide you the estimated delivery date during checkout and also send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as we ship each shipment in your order. Please remember that the ‘estimated delivery date’ is a probable date only and the actual delivery date may vary depending on factors such as how intricate your order is, how long the painting takes to dry, if you choose to have your painting framed, whether your order is subject to customs or duty charges, among other factors. Due to these reasons, the estimated delivery date may change. We endeavor to provide an exact delivery date in advance but due to the nature of our business, no delivery time guarantees are made by BrushWiz.

What is the total delivery time for my order?

The delivery time can be divided into processing time and shipping time. Processing time refers to the period between placing your order and when the order leaves the warehouse. This is typically 14-21 days and is listed on the product description page.

The shipping time refers to the period between when the order leaves the warehouse and its arrival at its destination. This varies according to the order, location and chosen shipping method. The shipping time can be tracked using the tracking number we send to you via email. Please bear in mind that the following items will often require additional processing time:

  • Framed items
  • Paintings with a thick texture
  • Larger canvases
  • Complex pieces
When will my order arrive?

For standard orders with free shipping, they typically take 5-8 days. Delays can occur, however, due to a holdup at a custom office, for example. Delayed orders can take between 2-3 weeks. Tracking information is provided, so customers can track the package once it is dispatched.

Where are you shipping your products from?

Our main production facility is located in Xiamen, China, which is where we ship most of our orders from.

What are your shipment safety measures?

As most of our products are delicate and fragile, we take the utmost care to ship them safely to you. If you have bought a framed painting, we will pack the item using bubble wrap and send it inside a double customized hardcover box. Unframed paintings will be dispatched in a high quality hard plastic tube for complete protection. Each product is also insured and the delivery team provides doorstep delivery for your convenience.

How will my art be packaged?

For unframed paintings, we roll them up gently and place them inside a protective tube. For stretched and framed paintings, they are placed inside a sturdy hardcover box and we take great care to protect the corners of the artwork.

Is my package insured?

Yes, every item is insured, which guarantees a replacement or a full refund if the package is lost, stolen or damaged in-transit.

Do you offer gift messages?

Yes, we do. During checkout, if you notify us that a particular product is a gift and write a customized gift message, we will print the message on the packing slip and will not mention the price on the packing slip. However, at the moment, we don’t provide gift wrapping service.

Is a signature required for me to receive my package?

Yes, all BrushWiz packages will require a signature on receipt, although courier personnel may use their discretion according to the situation.

What are duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are charges that apply to certain imported products. Please check your country’s customs import policy to see if the contents of your package are exempt or liable for duties and taxes.

Why was I charged a customs fee?

International shipments may incur a customs fee. Some countries charge a customs fee as a standard procedure, while others may charge at random. We are obliged to adhere to all international customs rules otherwise the package may be returned to us.

If you are buying from anywhere outside China, you may be subject to customs and import duties. The customs and import charges will be added to the product(s) when it reaches the recipient's country. Please note that any additional charges for customs/import duties must be paid by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. The customs and import charges are different in every country. Therefore, we advise you to call your local customs office for more details.

How do I get my tracking number?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This is all of your order details, including the shipping date and estimated delivery date of every product. Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, you will get a shipment notification email with courier and tracking information.

Alternatively, you can log into My Orders to check the most recent status of your shipment.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived in the allotted time period, please follow these steps:

1. Check your order status on the My Orders page - Once you’ve logged in, check the status of your order and click on the link with the tracking details.

2. Check the tracking details - After clicking on the tracking link, you should see the most up-to-date details about your order. Please note that some international shipments may be delayed at borders, in customs or due to the route the parcel takes. International orders should arrive in 5-8 days, but can take 3 weeks. If your order hasn’t arrived during this time, contact the courier and customs office.

3. Contact our support staff - If you cannot find details about your parcel online, or are concerned that it has been lost or stolen, please contact us.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can the shipping address if your order has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, we are unable to change the address or to have the package rerouted. Please contact us to change the address.

Why does my order have separate shipments?

If your order contains different products, we will dispatch them separately in suitable packaging. You don’t have to pay any extra shipping costs.

Can I reroute my package?

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we don’t reroute any shipment, once it’s dispatched from our warehouse. If you’re not home when the package is due to arrive, the courier will leave a note with details about redelivery or collection.

I was not home when a delivery was attempted. Will the courier make another attempt?

Yes, typically the courier will try again the following business day. If you’re still not home, the driver will leave a note with redelivery or collection details.

What if I'm not in for a home delivery?

Smaller items may be left in a secure location or with a neighbour. Larger and more valuable items that require a signature and to be scanned won’t be left unattended. If you won’t be at home during the expected delivery period, please contact us to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please check your package carefully according to additional packages and related tracking numbers. If the item is still missing, please contact us.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We always endeavor to dispatch items securely packaged but sometimes accidents occur during shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic or video evidence of the damage. After inspection, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
