Do you ship internationally?

Of course. We dispatch products to almost everywhere in the world. When placing an order, you can select your country if it is included in our list. Please note that if your country is not available, we can’t send products to your location. If you have a friend or family member in another country, you could send it to them and they could forward the shipment to you.

How much are the shipping charges?

We are delighted to be able to offer FREE delivery for all orders, regardless of size, value or destination. We only use the best couriers, including FedEx and DHL, and ensure that all shipments include a tracking code.

Are you selling handmade paintings or prints?

We only sell handmade oil paintings, hand-painted by experienced artists. Each painting is made using oil paint on canvas, and each stroke, texture and nuance is created by hand. We do not use printing, pressing or any technological tricks to create our paintings. Please see some examples of our work here.

How close are the reproductions to the originals?

Since our reproductions are handmade, there will always be some slight differences between the original work and the reproduction. Our highly-trained artists study each painting thoroughly, using similar brushstrokes and techniques that were used to create the original. As such, we endeavor to faithfully replicate the original as closely as possible.

How long will it take to complete my painting?

Since all of our paintings are hand-painted and custom-made, the time taken to complete the painting will vary. Typically, it will take 14 to 21 days to complete before we can ship the painting. This may be longer for larger, more complex works, or those with very thick texture. An expected completion period will be mentioned on the product description page, during checkout and in your email confirmation.

Can I see the painting before you ship it?

Absolutely. You will receive an email once the painting is ready for you to review along with a link to the order page, where you will be able to see a photo of the completed work. If you are not satisfied with some parts of the painting, please contact us with your suggestions for improvement, and we will rectify it until the painting meets your approval. Once approved, the painting will be shipped to you.

Can you reproduce a painting that is not on the website?

Of course, please visit our Request a Painting section and send us an image of the painting, or its name. We can reproduce almost any painting you have in mind, whether it’s listed on our website or not, and regardless of its size, style or desired frame. Simply send us a request and we will gladly oblige.

I have a photograph. Can you paint it for me?

Absolutely! BrushWiz specializes in converting digital images or physical photographs into handmade masterpieces for an affordable price. Whether that’s self-portraits, holiday or wedding photos, or photos of a family pet, our professional artists will transform your chosen image into a work of art. Since our artists start working from scratch on a blank canvas, their creative interpretations of your photo can be limitless, according to your preferences.

What is your return policy?

Each and every BrushWiz painting is hand-painted and custom-made, which is what sets us apart from other retailers. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, however, please return the item(s) to us and we’ll glady exchange or refund it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, due to any reason, return the products to us within 90 days and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. There are no hidden terms or conditions in our 90 days return policy. Simply make sure that the packaging is not tampered with and send the product(s) back to us in the original condition.

What is the status of my order?

The order status is shown instantly as soon as you place an order, and updates continuously as your shipment advances through the processwhenever there is a change. To check the status of your most recent orders, you should visit the My Orders page. All of the orders will be organized in chronological order with theand will include order numbers. It’s the quickest and simplest method to get updated information about your order(s).

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be shown under each order title. Depending on the shipment method, and the carrier, you can click on the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
