How do I add an item to my cart?

Once you have decided on the product you would like to order, click on ‘Add to Cart’ on the product page. You can then visit your shopping cart to see all added items. At this point you can either continue shopping or ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

How can I place an order?

Once you have added the product to your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to Cart,’ select ‘Checkout’ from the shopping cart page and follow the instructions to complete your order.

How long will my cart be saved?

Products will remain in your cart for a period of 1 year until they are purchased or removed. Once you have reviewed the items you would like to purchase, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Do I need to create an account to buy from BrushWiz?

To buy anything on our website, customers first need to create an online account. Through the online account, customers can track recent purchases and manage wish lists, among other things.

How can I pay for my order?

There are several ways to pay for your order, including by credit or debit card. To see a full list of the different methods of payment available, please visit our payment types page.

Can I place my order via phone?

Orders by phone are not currently permitted. As an online store specializing in custom products, we ask that customers use our online order method so that you can thoroughly check and approve every item you want to buy before submitting your order. We have taken this approach for our customers’ convenience since the online checkout process is fast, easy and secure.

How do I checkout?

When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout.' Our simple checkout process is designed to help you complete your order quickly and easily by following the steps outlined below:

1. Sign in - Before ordering, you need to register with brushwiz.com. If this is the first time you are buying something from us, you will need to create an account.

2. Add shipping and billing addresses - The shipping address is where you would like your order to be delivered, while the billing address is connected to your chosen payment method. If these are the same, select the ‘Same as Shipping Address’ option and the details will be completed automatically. You can also use a stored address if you have made previous orders.

3. Choose a shipping method - Next, choose your preferred shipping method. Your order may qualify for free shipping, though please bear in mind that this will take longer to arrive than other shipping methods. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please choose another method. Once you have chosen a shipping method, you will be given an estimated delivery date.

4. Provide payment details - You can pay using most trusted credit and debit cards, including third-party payment options, such as PayPal. You will also be able to apply discounts to your order during this step. Please review your order carefully before selecting ‘Complete Purchase.’

5. Order confirmation - Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive confirmation via email and text, including a receipt and your order ID.

How do I know if my order was received?

After placing an order, an order number will appear on your screen and you will receive confirmation via email. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder. Customers can also log in to their account and select ‘Order History’. If you’re still unsure whether your order has been received, please contact us for assistance.

Can I receive my order earlier than scheduled?

We endeavor to meet the needs of our customers and understand that certain orders may need to be delivered more quickly. Please contact us to discuss delivery options.

How can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us to change the address. If your order has already been shipped, however, we will be unable to change it, nor will we be able to reroute the package to another address.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been processed, items can’t be added, so you’ll need to place another order.

How do I check my order status?

You can easily check your order status for both recent or past orders by:

(1) Checking your email – once you place an order, you will receive emails about the status of your order.

(2) Visiting our website – once you place an order, the status of your order is available instantly on the My Orders page. Your order status is updated automatically whenever there is a change, such as when the order is shipped.

(3) Contacting us – If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

What is the difference between order status and order tracking?

Your order status is provided by BrushWiz and gives you all of the details about your order from the time you place the order until the time it ships from our warehouse. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it’s handled by a shipping carrier. The carrier may provide the tracking information to help you keep track of your order from the time it leaves the warehouse to the time it reaches its destination.

How do I get my tracking number?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include all of your order details, including the shipping date and estimated delivery date of each product. Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification email with courier and tracking information.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account and visit the My Orders page to check the most recent status of your shipment.

Why can't I find tracking information for my order?

First, log in to your account, and then select the My Orders page. Here you will find all of your orders, including shipping methods, tracking numbers and the status for each order. If you still cannot find the tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

For every order you make, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an email, it’s possible that it has been directed to your spam folder, or has been blocked by your email provider. Please check your spam folder and add BrushWiz to your safelist. Since order confirmation emails cannot be resent, you can check your order status on the My Orders page, alternatively, you can contact us to obtain your order details.

Do you offer any guarantees?

If, for whatever reason, customers are not satisfied with a purchase, BrushWiz is happy to offer a 100% money-back guarantee, which includes:

  • Loss of an artwork: if an artwork is lost on its way to the customer, we will send a replacement artwork free of charge.
  • Damage to a frame: if the frame for your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge or reimburse you for the cost of the frame.
  • Damage to an artwork: if your artwork is damaged when it arrives, please contact us. Either, we will repair the damage, or send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Pre-delivery modifications to an artwork: if, after viewing a photo preview of your artwork, you are not satisfied, we are happy to make as many modifications as necessary at no extra charge.
  • • Post-delivery guarantee: if, after receiving your artwork, you are not satisfied, you can return it in its original packaging within 90 days to qualify for a full refund. Please contact us for the return address.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Since each artwork is hand-painted, we are only able to make changes to orders if the artist has not yet started working on the artwork. In this case, if you would like to change your order, you first need to cancel it by following the steps outlined below:

1. Log in to your account and visit the ‘My Orders’ page.

2. Select the order you would like to cancel.

If an item is cancellable, it will say beside the order ‘Cancel/View’. Please ensure that you definitely want to cancel the order before clicking the button, as cancellations cannot be reversed. If the ‘Cancel/View’ button is not available, it is too late to cancel the order in question, though the item(s) can still be returned for a refund if it is within the 90 day period.
