A BrushWiz gift card is a prepaid card that is loaded with a specific amount of money that can then be used to purchase items at brushwiz.com. Gift cards are available in denominations ranging from $50 to $1,000, and can be delivered to most destinations via standard mail or via email.

There are two types of gift cards: physical gift cards and eGift cards. Physical cards are made of plastic and will be sent to customers via standard mail, while eGift cards are purely electronic and will be sent via email.

BrushWiz gift cards are available for purchase from the Gift Cards page. Choose the type of gift card that's most convenient for you or your recipient and then select the amount to be loaded onto the gift card, add it to your cart and then proceed to the checkout.

A plastic gift card is a physical card that is sent via mail and can be purchased for friends and relatives. The gift card contains both a card number and a PIN, which can be found on the silver-colored scratch-off area on the back of the card.

An eGift card is purely electronic that is sent via email. Customers can choose a specific card design, as well as a personal message for your intended recipient, as well as the gift card amount. Customers can also specify a date of delivery. Once finalized, your recipient will receive a personalized email, which will include the card number and PIN.

Physical gift cards are delivered for free when you select this option at checkout. The eGift cards are sent directly to your recipient's email address, and are always free.

When purchasing an eGift card, customers can choose a specific delivery date. If you choose today's date, for example, the email should reach the recipient within 1 hour of placing your order. For other dates, the recipient will receive the email on the specific date.

Yes, the process is simple and can be completed on the eGift card page by following the instructions thereafter. Please bear in mind that personalized messages are only available for eGift cards. For physical gift cards, customers can add a customized message during the checkout process, which will be printed out and sent with the card.

You will be notified via email when the eGift card has been sent to your recipient.

BrushWiz endeavours to ensure that all eGift cards are delivered on-time, however, delivery issues can occur, such as the eGift card being sent to the spam folder, or the recipient failing to notice the email or deleting it by accident. Please ask the recipient to check their spam and junk folders. If the gift card is still not found, please contact us.

Please click here to check your gift card balance. You will be asked to enter your four-digit PIN, which is located on the gray scratch-off strip on the back of your card, or in the case of an eGift card, it will be included in the original email we sent to you.

No, customers are free to spend as much or as little as they like from the gift card balance. Any remaining balance can be used on additional purchases. If your purchase exceeds the total balance of your gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with an alternative method of payment.

After proceeding to the payment section of the checkout, select ‘Add a Gift Card’. Enter your 16-digit card number and then ‘Apply’. The gift card balance will be deducted from the order total. If this exceeds the total, any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use.

No, we do not allow customers to buy a gift card using an existing gift card.

Since order totals will include shipping and taxes, gift cards can be used, yes.

Yes, gift cards and discount codes can be used together.

No, physical gift cards and eGift cards need to be purchased separately.

Customers will only be charged the face value of the gift card though for physical gift cards there may also be a shipping charge. There will not be any shipping charges for eGift cards, which are sent electronically.

No, gift cards cannot be reloaded.

You can only use one gift card per order.

Once purchased, a gift card cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

It is not possible to replace lost or stolen gift cards, or to give refunds for any existing balances. If you still have your card details you will be able to use your gift card balance on the website provided the gift card has not already been used up by somebody else.

For purchases made with gift cards, the amount will be credited back to your account or in the form of a new claim code equal to that amount.

BrushWiz values its customers and respects their privacy. Listed below are the terms and conditions for BrushWiz gift cards and eGift cards (‘gift cards’):

1. Redemption: when buying eligible products, gift cards have to be redeemed at www.brushwiz.com. Your purchases will be deducted from your gift card balance. Any unused balance will remain in the gift card account at the time of redemption. In case your order total exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid by using a credit or debit card, or another available method of payment. You can check the balance of your gift card here.

2. Limitation on Use:

• BrushWiz gift cards that are issued for promotional purposes may have an expiration date. See specific promotions for details and applicable terms.
• BrushWiz gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of other gift cards.
• BrushWiz gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Nor can you redeem them for cash or connect them with other accounts. BrushWiz also prevents you from transferring unused gift card balances to other accounts.

3. Transferred risk of loss: the risk of loss and title for BrushWiz gift cards transfers to the buyer upon our electronic transmission to them, the recipient or the delivery carrier, according to whatever is applicable. BrushWiz does not hold any liability if your gift card is misplaced, destroyed, stolen or used without your consent.

4. Fraudulent charges: BrushWiz holds the right to close customer accounts and bill them through alternative, available forms of payment if they redeem fraudulently obtained gift cards to make purchase on brushwiz.com.

5. Invalid for returns and resale: BrushWiz gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable for cash. Reselling of BrushWiz gift cards is forbidden.

6. Not for promotional use: BrushWiz gift cards can be used for personal or business gifting purposes, but cannot be used for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including, but not limited to via email, direct mail, internet, magazine and/or newspaper advertisement), unless you have received a prior written authorization from BrushWiz. Such approvals will be endowed according to, among other things, execution of and adherence to the standard gift card license agreement of BrushWiz. If you intend to purchase more than 50 gift cards or want to use them for any promotional activity, kindly send an email to corporate@brushwiz.com and our associates will get in touch with you by the following business day.

7. You cannot affiliate your business with BrushWiz: use of the name, logo or trade design of BrushWiz (including any picture or similar cards) or trademarks of BrushWiz or any of its affiliates/subsidiaries, in relation to the purchase of BrushWiz gift cards, is forbidden. Also, the use of BrushWiz gift cards in any way to imply that any individual, company, website, service or product is sponsored or recommended by BrushWiz, or are affiliated to BrushWiz, or to any of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries is also forbidden.

8. Compliance with laws: when you buy BrushWiz gift cards, you are confirming and declaring to BrushWiz that all activities in relation to which the gift cards of BrushWiz will be used, shall adhere to these terms and conditions, along with all of the applicable laws, rules and regulations, and also that our gift cards shall not be used in any deceiving, fraudulent, wrongful or dangerous manner towards customers. Additionally, you must agree to protect or indemnify brushwiz.com and affiliates from any claims, expenses or liabilities made or incurred due to your use of BrushWiz gift cards, or the violation of BrushWiz’s terms and conditions.
