If you do not approve the painting at this stage, and would like some modifications, BrushWiz is happy to offer unlimited suggestions for improvement until the painting meets your approval. We will then carry out the necessary modifications and once it is approved by you, we will dispatch it to you. Basically, we won’t ship you the painting unless you are happy with it.
Have you received the painting after approving it, but you’re still not satisfied with it? We offer an easy return process if for any reason you'd like to return your item; simply return it to us within 90 days and receive a free replacement or full refund. There are no hidden terms or conditions in our 90 days return policy, but please note that our standard return policy is not applicable to all items.
